What is included in my weekly rent?
All utilities, Wi-Fi, shared amenities, reception, and 24/7 keypad access are included. You only bring your tools and your clients.
Leases are offered as 1-year or 2-year terms with a 2-month security deposit collected upon signing. Rent is paid weekly and collected automatically.
Yes. All tenants must hold a current, valid professional license in their service category. License verification is part of the application.
Absolutely. Suites are move-in ready, and tenants are encouraged to add personal branding and finishing touches to make the space their own.
